SPARKS addresses practical classroom issues and introduces the Association as a place for professional support and advocacy.

MSTA’s Professional Development Grant program awarded TABCO $2000 for the 2006 SPARKS program. The funds covered approximately 75% of the cost.

TABCO Sparks participants want to convene a SPARKS Caucus at this year’s NEA convention!

More than 1,500 Washington State teachers have attended SPARKS.

Twenty-five TABCO members have completed SPARKS.

About a dozen NEA local affiliates have a SPARKS program in place.
